Privacy choices
Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by the Duxbase Systems website.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small values saved by a browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature. They can keep a session secure, remember a setting or help a service work between page visits.
2. What we currently use
- Essential authentication and security storage: session, anti-forgery and sign-in callback information needed for accounts and protected areas.
- Consent preference: acceptance is saved in a first-party cookie and local-storage record for up to one year. A decline is remembered only for the current browser session.
- Third-party sign-in: if you choose Google sign-in, Google may use its own cookies under its policies.
We do not currently use advertising or audience-measurement cookies on this website.
3. Accepting or declining
Accepting records your acknowledgement of the notice. Declining means we will continue only with storage needed for security, sign-in and core operation. A decline will not block the public website, but the notice will appear again on your next browser visit. Essential storage cannot always be disabled without affecting account features.
4. Retention and browser controls
Authentication sessions may remain valid for up to 30 days, subject to logout or security controls. An accepted preference lasts up to one year; a declined preference lasts only for the current browser session. Your browser can delete or block cookies, but doing so may sign you out, prevent account features from working or cause the notice to appear again.
5. Change your choice
Use this control at any time to clear the saved preference and reopen the choice panel.
6. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to support@duxbasesystems.com. We will update this policy if our use of cookies changes materially.
